Delivery Times

  • My order was sent, but I haven’t received it yet

    We’re always committed to getting your order to you as fast as possible. We ship orders from multiple warehouses to get it to you the fastest. We deliver 95% of orders between 7-10 working days. If your order hasn’t been delivered within 14 days, please contact customer support below.

  • I didn’t receive all items from my order

    Ouch! To not having to charge you we only ship out complete orders. If we can’t fulfill certain parts of your order you should have received a refund for those items. Please check your e-mail and credit card statement to see if you’ve received a refund and contact us below if you still have questions.

  • My order still hasn’t been shipped

    While we aim to ship out most orders on the same day, it could happen that an item you ordered has just gone out of stock in a warehouse closest to your destination. Sometimes it’s faster to wait for the expected new stock than to ship from another location. We’ll let you know as soon as your order ships.
